37 Degrees Yoga ™ is a system of yoga exercises that are performed in heated to 37 degrees C room. It is suitable for people of all ages and requires no physical training. Effects of high temperature in the studio are numerous: it heats the muscles, tendons and joints and protects them from injuries, increases blood circulation, which helps the body to heal itself; the body sweating profusely and purified of toxins; exercise, combined with sweating, allowing rapid melting of calories while at the same time tighten the muscles and give your body a healthy appearance. Studio 37 Degrees Yoga ™ was created 8 years ago. Our studio has a unique system that is the result of detailed design, including knowledge of human physiology at high temperatures, combined with exercise. Results in hot yoga are not necessarily due only of your physical capabilities - such as flexibility and endurance, they become fact through perseverance, persistence, concentration and desire for change. At our studio we will not teach you how to live and what to believe in. You will get the knowledge how to practice right.
