Pamela Speldewinde is the owner and director of the Action
School of Yoga. The school was established in 1983 and
since then has introduced many students to the benefits of
this style of yoga.
Our approach is grounded and accessible to all. Practicing
yoga at the school allows you to cultivate many beneficial
qualities such as increased attention span, focus, sensitivity,
coordination, balance, physical confidence, and a general
state of well being. Yoga as practiced at the school helps
you deal with stress and the many complexities of everyday
life. It becomes a tool to develop an ordered stable mind,
free of the physical and mental limitations and habits that
reduce our perception and how we experience life.
