More than yoga classes!

The studio itself is modern, spacious and clean. The classes are various kinds of Flow, suited to the first timer to expert yoga teacher.

Sam and Dan are more qualified than most teachers in SA, with hundreds of hours yoga teachers training from Australia and India. So, you can have great confidence in the practice, safety and techniques. Not that they would advertise this, because they are so humble, at ease and just "real"!

Very welcoming and a sense of community not only for the studio but also for the SA and Australian yoga community. Lots of events with special guests from wonderful teachers from around the world.

A welcoming environment

I have only just started yoga and I will admit I was a little hesitant turning up to my first class but the instructor Dan was warm and welcoming and after my first few classes, I signed up for a month pass to see if I would continue to go to yoga and in that short time I find that I miss yoga if I don't get a chance to make a class. All of the instructors are excellent, they are inclusive and constructive in the class whilst gently introducing some of the concepts of meditation and mindfulness. I am very happy that I have found Adelaide Yoga Flow

Yoga studio connected with local community

Fantastic teachers, great vibe. Good for both beginners and experienced practitioners. lots of different available class times each day. Sam and Dan are relaxed and fun, they offer a wonderful addition to the area and have really become part of the community.

Fun, friendly & challenging

Vinyasa flow classes suitable for beginners that will not disappoint the experienced practitioner. A friendly atmosphere that will have you laughing, not embarrassed, when you fall out of pose or forget which way is left. Always challenging, but never daunting. My recommendation; give them a try you absolutely nothing to lose.
