We provide open daily yoga classes, personal yoga training, education and wellness consultation to achieve therapeutic, mind-body benefits to meet clients’ unique needs for: stress reduction, relaxation methods, improvements in sleep, emotional health, aging issues, yogic athleticism - or to learn how yoga can be of benefit to them. Instructors draw upon the Yoga disciplines of: Ashtanga, Iyengar (alignment-oriented), Yin, Core Strength Vinyasa and Myofascial Release to lead a variety of classes and Personal Yoga Training sessions.
