Our friendly small group classes in Mosman (only 8 students per class) and inspiring retreats in Australia, Bali and India help you strengthen your body and relax your mind. You'll feel more calm, connected and in control, every single day.
No mirrors, no competition, no pressure. Just traditional yoga taught by experienced teachers. We specialise in Yoga Therapy, adapting yoga techniques to create evidence-based interventions to support your wellbeing. From anxiety and insomnia to pain management and soft tissue injury, our yoga therapists will help you heal.
Founded in 2002 by Nikola Ellis, Adore Yoga was created when Nikola (who has been studying yoga since 1991) left the high-pressure world of corporate marketing to find a more balanced life. For two years, she enjoyed a peaceful existence, teaching and practicing yoga every day. Then, in 2004 she had her first baby and realized the corporate world wasn’t the only tough environment! By the time her second baby arrived in 2007, Nikola had developed therapeutic yoga techniques to navigate the challenges of running a business and raising a young family.
It doesn't matter what your level of yoga is or how flexible you are as the class is tailored to your needs.

Nikola’s experience of motherhood changed her understanding of yoga. Yoga isn’t about exercise, it’s about relationships. When classes at Adore Yoga filled up, Nikola resisted the temptation to move to bigger premises and maintained her commitment to teaching micro-classes of just 8 students. This allows the experienced teachers at Adore Yoga to build relationships with every student and adapt their teaching to meet the emotional, psychological and physical needs of each one. This is why we have such a special community - some of our students have been sharing their yoga practice with us for over 13 years.
