Akasha Yoga

The interest in individuals by the instructors gives amazingly personal instruction. The classes facilitate a community feeling and all feel welcome even with the high level of the practice. Alternatives are always on offer if feeling a bit challenged. My personal practice has improved so much over the last 2 years. Instructors are always improving technique.

I have been going for around a year now. I have been to a different classes and have experienced a few "substitute" teachers. ALL of my experiences have been unique and wonderful. I would highly recommend Akasha Yoga!
