Get over the hump of the midweek. Take a lunchtime break to reconnect with your self, let go of the stresses of the first half of your work week, and re-energize for the second half. This class will incorporate breath and movement and some guided meditation to help you relax, refresh, and renew. The only physical prerequisite is that you can comfortably be on hands and knees. Class will be gentle enough that you will not need to shower before returning to work. There are two nice washrooms for a quick freshen up.
