  We believe that carrying a child in your womb, giving birth and being a Mama requires a strength, balance and focus that must be developed and nurtured. Planned by Kim Curlett and taught by a qualified member of her team. We believe that ALL YOGA prenatal classes are the best choice for the pregnant woman looking to prepare herself for pregnancy, labour and motherhood through yoga. We also plan on bringing in guest speakers for 15 minutes of a few of the classes - these speakers will include a naturopath and a doula.

  These very special classes help you connect with the life inside of you while you also learn to recognize the innate Divine warrior inside every Mother. Congratulations!!
  This 8 week course is $90 plus HST. Drop ins welcome at $15 (tax included) per class.
