Laura harsha ConleyJune 25, 2015 I am truly blessed that the Amrit Yoga Institute is my spiritual home. The teachings and energy of our lineage as transmitted by Yogi Amrit Desai (Gurudev) have fostered profound personal transformation in my life, and the evolutionary process is continually unfolding. Ram Dass has said, "We are all just walking each other home." I could not ask for a more loving, supportive, and devoted community to walk with me on my journey of awakening.
April 7, 2015 My life has totally transformed since I found the Amrit Yoga Institute. From the first visit which was a Welcome Weekend I had to come back for more and I did Seva in the kitchen and learned so much about cooking vegetarian meals.... I still wanted more. I then decided to be certified in Yoga Nidra which has transformed me...still working on changing my eating habits and reading the Ayurveda book to guide me.
I had struggled my whole life with my body image and feeling like I was not good enough just as me and always thought I had to be perfect or no one would like me or I couldn't be successful. I was a self destructor and got to a point in my life where enough was enough. If I had not come to the institute and discovered that its ok just to be me I do not know if I would be here writing this right now. Thank you to everyone who was a part of my journey and I now want to go out and spread the light as Yoga Nidra is something we need in the world. I believe we need to start spreading love to each other and help each other manage the daily stress in our lives and we can do that with the gift of Yoga Nidra.

April 6, 2015 Simply the most profound training's I have ever experience. I am so grateful for the teachings and learning the ability to live more free and outside of my pre-programmed habitual past. I have stopped doing so many of the things that I habitually did because it was what everyone else was doing, or because it was socially conditioned into me or because I was being driven by lack. I am now much more free to act in accordance with the natural intelligence of the universe! Thank you!
