Okido Yoga and healthy food!
Okido yoga is a combination of different styles of Indian yoga, martial arts and chinese medicine.
Four basics: flexible muscles, stretched spine, deep breath and clean blood. And there's where the food comes in.
To keep you healthy not only exercise but also food, enjoyment and relaxation are important.
Yoga is about balance, life is about balance, always changing, growing, invetigating to develop our body, our senses, our mind. To be who we are.
I work in small groups to give you individual attention where needed, we do individual exercises, partner- and groupwork. The class starts with warming up the body by various exercises, moving the joints, stretching, breathtechniques, working on strengthening the core and other muscleparts, meditstion and relaxation.
Normal class 90 minutes, also 60 minutes class for elder and people with handicaps. I also work with music and sound.
