It is my desire to help people maintain good health and well being through the practice of classes at Anahata yoga are designed for all ages and level of students. Every class consists of centering, warm ups, yoga asanas, breathing and relaxation.
Classes are usually 4 - 8 students and lots of individual attention is given to every student.
At Anahata Yoga studio students have the opportunity to share tips on healthy living including diet, alternative medicine, energy healing, etc. Students feel a sense of belonging and connect well with each other.
