#AnamCaraManila is a small and intimate home studio located on Russia St. in Better Living Subd, Bicutan, Paranaque. It's an answered prayer to hold space for a yogic and meditation practice with the intention to build a community that supports health and wellness through hands on understanding of the importance of authenticity and embodiment of Truth toward a successful and meaningful life utilising the yogic technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation by Yogi Bhajan, as well as, other healing modalities.

I Am at your service during the times listed below for Private & Group (3 student requirement). Classes are PREPAID via PayPayph to ? /> Class Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday: 10:-11:45am or 5-7pm
Tuesday-Thursday: 930-11:30am and 6-7:45pm
Wednesdays 4:30-6pm (by Donation 430-6pm Sun Salutations & Kundalini Flow

#Kundalini is not a #myth or #illusion - its a biological substance that exists with the frame work of your body. It's #awakening generates electrical impulses that can be detected by #modern #scientists #instruments and machines AS WELL as mis-diagnosed as a so called "dis-ease" .... So, all I'm going to say is if you wake up the kundalini prematurely, it will hurt especially if your not providing the vessel with is why - RELAXATION /BREATHING is KEY ? So, this inner heat ? that awakens from the root chakra ?is the cosmic fire that we are talking about right now. It is described as a heat because it can be felt as a physical heat, but really it refers to PSYCHIC heat. It is a #spiritual force. It really has no form. It is not fire in physical terms. It is electrical, but it is not electricity ⚡️It is energy, but it is not matter. It is something ELUSIVE, but EVERYWHERE. So, we should consider the importance & benifits of #awakening our kundalini . However, There's a lot of people who talk about having experiences of awakened kundalini, but we need to understand it in context. They may have experiences, but it does not mean they are positive experiences. They may be negative experiences. They may also be fantasizing. They may also be lying, yet does not matter. The only thing that matters is what you do, what you experience, what you create. Look at the symbol on on the chest of doctors and look at the insignia of hospitals. GO FIGURE ! No wonder the most common symbol of this power is a SERPENT ? That serpent is UNIVERSAL.
It is represented in every religion. In the Christian tradition, Jesus says : “Be as wise as serpents,” because the serpent of Kundalini gives wisdom, Because Kundalini is the intelligence of The Divine #Creator. The Supreme #Intelligence does not act by accident. #Enlightenment or liberation does not come by accident. Enlightenment is literally a result of precise causes. To produce those causes requires great effort and a lot of #knowledge. God, #Divinity, The #Divine Mother, DOES NOT enlighten anyone randomly, by accident or on a whim.
