This class is an energetic Hatha flow. Speaking from an honest, authentic voice, we explore our physical and spiritual edges through alignment and skilled action. Weaving intention, breath, and movement, Leanne invites her students to have their own personal experience, allowing their body to be the ultimate guide.
Yin Yoga focuses on slowly and mindfully entering poses and holding those poses for extended periods of time. Yin encourages the use of breath to stimulate energy within the body, while remaining focused on the sensations in each pose.
This introspective practice invites the student to be present with emotions and experience how and where they manifest in the body, opening up to a deeper awareness and level of acceptance.
