Since I moved away, I know what a luxury I had... next to this yoga studio. I went there several times a week, prices are absolutely ok and student-friendly. Classes last at least 1,5h, body and mind are very thankful afterwards. So don't hesitate - go there as long as you are in Innsbruck!

A weekly must

I try to go there once a week.
All the teachers are very nice! And professional - although the ask a lotof my body ;-)
I love the big room in the attic, the other one being sometimes crowded and stuffy.
The team seems well-organised and relaxed at the same time :-)

Honest yoga with drop in classes

I just love it! The studio and teachers are down to earth, warm hearted & funny, very good organized but still easy going. It's very professional but not all about the money. You don't have to sign a contract and can just take a drop in ticket or ten classes. It's really lovely there and i love the peacefull energy. I can feel that Kira & Lucas as well as the other teachers really live the yoga spirit (which is not just about asanas ;). Especially the baby yoga classes are so precious for me and my kids - thanks Kira! I have experiences with other yoga studios in town and this is definitelly my favorite!

The Yoga Shala is an oasis of peace where you can work on yourselves and let go at the same time. The atmosphere is always friendly and when you enter the Shala you always feel welcome. There are many classes in the evening for the 9 to 5 worker, but also classes in the morning and on the weekend.

I really enjoy having the opportunity to experiment, to choose myself if I want to take part in the advanced class and challenge myself, or go a bit slower and work more on the technique and the feeling of different positions, or take off and fly in the Aerial Yoga class. The Yoga teachers all take time to talk you through the positions if needed and correct if necessary. I had practised Yoga before, but in the Yoga Shala I got the chance to understand the connection of certain positions and movements better.Workshops are also offered and not expensive.
The Yoga classes are signed out to be 11/2 hours, but no Yoga teacher ever stresses when the class is over and you often finish even 15min later. You feel like in a different time zone, time flies but still every moment is saved, because your body and mind enjoy and remember the loving attention!
Sometimes classes are assigned to a good cause, the money is donated to charity. You just know that Kira,Lukas,Simone and all the other Yoga teachers live the yoga attitude also in "real life".
The organization is perfect, I always recieve a mail (also on facebook) if there a changes in the timetable or something else (not very often) and since I tried out other Yoga institutes, I know that Yoga Shala offers a very high quality for a very low price, plus even discounts for students on top of that!
A place of joy I don´t want to miss!

Best Studio in Innsbruck

The studio is small but very nice. Teachers are very friendly and they offer classes for all levels.
Most of them are taught in German. Kira teaches in English.

Very cozily atmosphere and the price is absolutely ok! :-)
If you would like to attend some yoga classes in Innsbruck- that´s the place to be! ;-)
