My husband and I learned Ashtanga as absolute beginners at this Centre around six years ago. Even though we no longer live in Melbourne and have moved on to different teachers in a new city, we look back on our time at the Centre with much fondness and are so grateful for the solid grounding we got there. It is a lovely place full of goodwill and peace and the teachers are very experienced and supportive - what more could you want for. Highly recommended to anyone considering taking up yoga and wanting an authentic experience.
