Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic yoga style, is my primary focus. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga consists of a fixed sequence of postures (asana). Upon regular practice, after a short period Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga increases strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.
As a Plus, I offer additional approaches to further personal growth towards more inner freedom, vitality and joy. These are pranayama, meditation, energy work, family constellation work and coaching.
