Ashtanga Yoga system is a powerful and dynamic form of Yoga. In this class we follow a repetitive sequence of postures from Primary series. The flow between each posture in synchronizing with the breath (know as Vinyasa) is fundamental in this practice. The teacher is there to guide and help you with special indications as also with hands-on-adjustments to improve in your practice. With time, patience and trust you will benefit with a light and strong body, a clear mind and inner peace.
