Hatha Yoga as it is supposed to be - Meditation, Dynamic Postures which are held from 30 seconds to 4 mins allowing one to go deeper into the posture- balancing, strengthening and stretching the body; and Relaxation. Hatha Yoga exists since 5000 years and inspires other new forms of modern exercise for a very good reason. When practised correctly and regularly benefits and heals not just the body but also the mind.
Classes will be held in English and French and every wednesday at 6.30pm for 90 mins. Classes are limited to 13 people so that I can give attention to each and everyone present and that you have space for your practise.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN 1 YOGA MAT, 2 WATER, AND 3 A SHAWL OR A SMALL BLANKET (for the final relaxation)
