In this class, we explore gentle warm ups, standing, seated and supine (reclining) postures along with breath awareness and meditation. We enjoy a friendly, non-competitive atmosphere. All levels welcome.
Summer Schedule - Appropriate for practitioners with some experience. Though we will be flowing through sun salutations and other vinyasa, modifications are always given so the practice fits your needs moment to moment. The last 30 minutes is all Restorative poses followed by deep relaxation.

I teach in a way that offers different variations and modifications to suit all participants. Supported postures and gentle stretching releases tension from the body, breath awareness practices ease mental and emotional tension among many other benefits. We also include meditation and deep relaxation.
