In this mindful class, instructors will take the time to offer options for using yoga props to ensure that the pose will fit each body as it is. Each class will be unique and offer new approaches to cultivate the art of the mind+body connection for all levels of practitioners.
Elements is designed for beginners or any student who wishes to explore the foundations of their yoga practice. This class explores the yoga poses that a student may encounter in the various yoga classes at Aya and allows time for questions from students.
