“It is an honour to share the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. This is a traditional practice that helps us strengthen and connect to our bodies; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual”
We know some of you have practiced yoga before, some of you have practiced ashtanga before, and for some this would be your first yoga class… wherever you’re at, all are welcome! It is our teaching style and philosophy to let this traditional practice resonate with each person as an individual.
We are located on the Sunshine Coast of Australia where life is surrounded by beautiful waves, stunning beaches and tropical rainforest. We have lived in many parts of the world, always drawing on a connection to our home and our environment and it is for this reason we love living on the Sunny Coast.
We have been practicing Ashtanga for the past 7 years in Australia, Brazil, Portugal and Bali. We also gained invaluable experience both as teachers and practitioners throughout our studies in Mysore, India.
