These lessons are 75-90 minutes long and are aimed at relaxing, rejuvenating and energizing the body while bringing the body and mind into a harmonious union. Lessons include both beginners and more advanced pupils and numbers are limited to ensure a safe, controlled environment with personalized attention. One hour is spent on the asanas/poses, developing strength and flexibility. This is followed by pranayama to calm the nerves while replenishing the energy field, putting the body into a relaxing, regenerating and healing class ends with a guided meditation, yoga nidra or relaxation, reducing anxiety or stress and bringing one to a state of calmness, quietness and clarity.
While the lessons can be challenging, there is a lot of focus on helping one to unwind and relax.
Private lessons are adapted to suit the level and personal requirements of individual clients.
