Our Hatha Yoga class is a basic level hour and a half session.
It is individually modified for personally integrated instruction. This class is accessible to those with little yoga background, as well as those who wish to deepen their practice through personal guidance.
A guided experience which will include warm ups, postures and breathing techniques to give students of all levels step by step instruction for each skill. There will be opportunities for students to learn and clarify details, add new postures to their repertoire and become more confident in their practice. Emphasis will be on body awareness, alignment and coordination of breath and movement with hands on assisting as needed.
This class is a great jumping off point to explore other yoga class styles and levels.

Who will benefit: Everyone by connecting with their Deep Core Line while rejuvenating the body and mind.
Stretch, relax, refine, rejuvenate, & meditate. During this class you will energize the body's meridian system, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, and nurture your body and mind with a series of floor postures held passively for several minutes, utilizing props such as bolsters and blankets, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A meditative approach cultivates awareness of inner silence, and brings to light a universal interconnection of the mind, body, and soul.
Gentle yoga is as lovely as it sounds! Deep nourishment from gentle postures to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Gentle yoga includes breath and body awareness with the added benefit of deep stretching.
