Stretch, relax, refine, rejuvenate, & meditate. During this class you will energize the body's meridian system, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, and nurture your body and mind with a series of floor postures held passively for several minutes, utilizing props such as bolsters and blankets, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A meditative approach cultivates awareness of inner silence, and brings to light a universal interconnection of the mind, body, and soul.
Mindful Flow is a chance to unplug and reconnect with body, mind and spirit. The practice uses the components of vinyasa flow yoga while connecting with the breath to flow and move with more awareness.
The effect of these classes is cumulative. The more you practice mindful yoga, the greater capacity you have for peace and happiness in your life.

Experience Needed: This class is a step-up from Beginners/Gentle, but paced below Intermediate/Advanced, so appropriate for students with some yoga experience; modifications available as needed

Gentle yoga is as lovely as it sounds! Deep nourishment from gentle postures to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Gentle yoga includes breath and body awareness with the added benefit of deep stretching.

Who Will Benefit: Ideal for students beginning on the yoga path; those returning to yoga with physical changes from illness, surgery, aging; or students simply wanting a nourishing practice.
This is a mixed-level, upbeat class offering an energetic flow of postures synchronized with the breath. The class is appropriate for most levels of yoga students who have some experience with yoga. Each teacher brings a unique style to the space with a practice intended to leave you centered, grounded, and refreshed.
