Stretch, relax, refine, rejuvenate, & meditate. During this class you will energize the body's meridian system, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, and nurture your body and mind with a series of floor postures held passively for several minutes, utilizing props such as bolsters and blankets, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A meditative approach cultivates awareness of inner silence, and brings to light a universal interconnection of the mind, body, and soul.
Gentle yoga is as lovely as it sounds! Deep nourishment from gentle postures to increase flexibility, strength, and balance. Gentle yoga includes breath and body awareness with the added benefit of deep stretching.
