Level 1 class provides ample instruction for beginners to deepen their existing practice of Hatha Yoga while moving at a pace that is good for students new to exercise. You will experience basic posture and flow of movement with awareness on the breath
Advanced students are welcome to join in for a slow and deep meditative asana work.
This class is for anyone who wants a slower and focused movement. The class will include gentle movement, stretching, and breathing as well as restorative poses to rejuvenate and enliven the body, mind, and spirit.
