I've been taught yoga at 4 different establishments. This one tops them all. Yoga here is taken seriously and executed incredibly well by all the teachers, who are well qualified. Out of the dozen or so teachers I've come across this is the place to learn REAL Iyengar yoga.
I'd advise anyone to go - its suitable for all ages and it will benefit your life in every way possible.
