A practice that will sculpt your body, channel vital energy deep into the core of your heart and mind, while focussing on synchronising breath with movement, and learn the real meaning of ‘meditation in motion’.
I am a fully qualified hatha yoga teacher and I am in my 3rd and final year of rigorously training with Alan Goode Senior Iyengar Teacher at Yoga Mandir in Canberra.
In addition to Hatha and Iyengar classes, I offer a variety of intensive and workshop in flow yoga, vinyasa, restorative (yin) pranayama and meditation.
My classes provide a safe, caring, nurturing and enjoyable yoga class for all ages and levels of fitness. Classes are intimate, 10 people per class and are in a relaxed atmosphere which allows you to feel safe and move at your own pace.
Many people think that yoga is just stretching; it’s about creating balance in the body. I am passionate about cultivating a sense of mindful curiosity in my students, while taking you through a learning process that involves the real meaning of ‘meditation in motion’.
