Located in Tuscarawas County, Ohio, Be Yoga Studios offers two separate studios. In one studio we will offer hot yoga classes and non-heated classes in the other. The hot studio will be heated to right around 90 degrees, allowing your muscles to release faster. It also aids in the detoxification of your body by promoting sweating. The heat increases the heart rate and makes your body work harder, so you’re getting an intense workout, too. The heat is also believed to improve breathing, focus the mind and help the body relax. However, if you believe the heat just isn’t for you, we do offer classes in a non-heated studio as well. The studio is newly built with state of the art heating and cooling systems, skylights for natural light (and privacy), floors specifically designed for yoga to aid in traction and provide cushioning, and a soothing and inviting atmosphere we are sure you’ll enjoy. We will offer a variety of classes ranging from Yoga 101 and a Slow Flow to a Power Vinyasa Flow. Our BASICS and POWER classes are centered around the Power Vinyasa style of yoga, meaning we will start out slowly by integrating your body, then build up heat through some sun salutations, build strength and stamina with various sequences and then wind down ending with some deep relaxation. These classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance for your mind, body, and spirit. But we are also offering other styles of yoga, so if you are looking for something gentler, take a look at our schedule and class descriptions to see if there is a class for you. It is our goal to give you a great workout and have you leave feeling relaxed and renewed with a sense of clarity – able to look at things with a broader perspective and a brighter outlook.
