Bikram "hot" Yoga is a 90-minute series of 26 postures practiced in a heated room. The poses are done in a specific order and are timed, to safely achieve a complete work out. A few of the many benefits include flexibility, strength, balance and a cardio-vascular workout. All classes are designed for all ages and are beginner classes.
