Our studio offers Bikram Hot Yoga (90 minutes), Express Hot 26 & 2 (60 minutes) and Hot Flow classes (60 minutes). Our classroom is heated and humidified to optimize the muscular and glandular benefits of the postures and to encourage a healthy release of cleansing perspiration. Classes focus on cardiovascular stimulation, strengthening and toning muscles while improving overall flexibility and mental focus. All of the classes are suited for beginners. Advanced students are welcomed. To prepare for class drink plenty of water throughout the day, do not eat 3-4 hours before class (light snack only). Bring a mat, towel, bottle of water and dry clothes to change into after class. Showers available. All of our teachers are certified yoga teachers.
