We are the only location on the Peninsula that offers Prenatal Yoga seven days per week. Our studio is designed to provide comfort and privacy for you to enjoy connecting with yourself, your growing baby, and the changes in your body. All of our instructors are specially trained in Prenatal Yoga, and have the knowledge and experience to guide you through the most beneficial yoga practice for this transformative stage of your life.
