We will move the indoor classes to Meia praia and Praia do Pinhao beach, starting every Wednesday from 7am, for aprox. 90 mins. There will be extra ones happening, so Visit the website for more info.     Nature becomes the perfect studio to dance to the rhythms of capoeira Angola and bring in gentle individual and couple stretches. Expect to be playful, sweat and strengthen while enjoying the the sea scape to finally find yourself back in balance. We meet at 6pm at Bodhi Room, or at either Praia do Pinhao/ Meia Praia beach at 6.20 pm. Please get in touch/visit our facebook page for up to date information.
