At Wholly Transformed, we believe in transformation body, soul, and spirit, and I understand that journey as I have transformed from a depressed morbidly obese adult to a fit, healthy, and balanced woman. Our tools are Personal Fitness Training, Lifestyle Wellness Coaching, and Yoga. My Hatha Core Strength Vinyasa classes are suited for EVERY BODY as we flow from pose to pose with shorter holds than a traditional yoga class. Classes are light hearted, fun and alignment focused. I am passionate about making the pose serve you rather than pushing you into the pose. Each person is taught to customize and "own" their pose. You will gain strength, flexibility and balance as well as restoration of mind and body.
