What we practice is Classical Hatha Yoga, Breathing and Relaxation that is Therapeutic. We work with the physical body as well as the mental body and we connect this two with the breath. The physical postures help us to release the tension that is hidden in the body and the mental visualizations help us to train our mind to work for our benefit. The body has its own healing mechanism but its activated only when we completely relax.
