About
Breathing is key to living. Breathing fully initates the relaxation response and is the first step to improving health. At Breathing Place, we want you to take a deep breath as you enter our relaxing space offering two beautiful bright studios and calming therapy room.
Kapalabhati, a sanskrit word meaning Cleansing Breath is the name of our hot studio where we practice Forrest Yoga in 27° heat. Bhramari studio is named after the humming breath; with high wooden ceilings it offers the perfect acoustics for chanting, hatha and meditation classes. Ojas is our organic beauty and therapy room, an ancient Sanskrit word for the body’s essential energy or “fluid of life.” When ones Ojas is high, you can experience bliss, joy, balance, and total well-being.
Through our combined service at Breathing Place of regular massage, organic skin care, yoga and Pilates, you maximise the body’s essential energy, returning to your natural state of perfect health.
