Bristol City Yoga offer classes and workshops in the most popular yoga traditions of the west – including Hatha, Hatha Flow, Iyengar and Ashtanga. We also offer classes in Somatic Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Chanting and Mindfulness Meditation.
Whether you're looking to wind down after a long week, to strengthen and tone up, to correct an injury or to find more space and balance in life, you will find a class to suit you.
All of our classes are "drop-in" unless they are titled "course", so no need to pre-book, simply turn up!
If you are brand-new to Yoga we suggest you enroll into our popular Intro to Yoga Course or come along to any class listed Level 1, Level 1-2 or All Levels.
If you are new to the studio we suggest you try our Newbie Card - which gives you the chance to enjoy unlimited yoga for 1 month with a 50% discount.
For more experienced practitioners we suggest you attend our “drop-in” classes listed Level 2-3, Level 3, or one of our specialist workshops.
We also offer Private Classes for those who want a one-to-one session with one of our experienced teachers.
We have a beautiful practice space and also a Therapy Room offering a range of healing therapies.
