I teach hatha yoga for physical and emotional wellbeing. The main focus is on relaxation and meditation, with a variety of visualisation and relaxation techniques. I have 18 years experience of teaching.
I also teach Birthlight pregnancy yoga: lovely, nurturing time to relax with your bump, stretch out those aches and pains, and prepare for birth. I have been teaching this for 17 years as well.
Due to my own health problems my teaching has become much more gentle and spiritual and I am particularly concerned to include those people with health or mobility issues, and people who suffer from depression or anxiety. I see yoga as a form of healing and teach techniques that you can take away to heal yourself.
