I teach hatha yoga for physical and emotional wellbeing. The main focus is on relaxation and meditation, with a variety of visualisation and relaxation techniques. I have 15 years experience of teaching. Due to my own health problems my teaching has become much more gentle and spiritual and I am particularly concerned to include those people with health or mobility issues, and people who suffer from depression or anxiety. I see yoga as a form of healing and teach techniques that you can take away to heal yourself.
I will also be teaching Birthlight pregnancy yoga from July 2015. Lovely, nurturing time to relax with your bump, stretch out those aches and pains, and prepare for birth.
