BUTI Yoga fuses yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics, and it’s derived from the Marathi word Buti meaning, “the cure to something hidden or kept secret.” BUTI Yoga focuses on spiraling movements aimed at unlocking the Shakti Spiral, as well as releasing the hips, to help energy flow freely in the first and second chakras. BUTI combines various styles of Hatha yoga, with tribal-influenced dance sequences and plyometrics to increase the heart rate and free one’s spirit.
BUTI trains the core using the Spiral Structure technique, created by Founder Bizzie Gold, that transforms the way the body looks and performs almost instantly. Many students notice a change in their abdominal structure even during their first class. You don’t have to supplement your workouts with cardio or weights.
