Core Vinyasa Yoga is my signature style of yoga and is the result of over 20 years of working in the world of health ,fitness and Yoga; I have worked as a Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, Health Club owner, Fitness Course provider, Life Coach and Yoga teacher. I became interested in Yoga when I was just 16 years old and since then have followed my passion for practicing and teaching health, fitness and movement.
Core Vinyasa Yoga is designed to effectively use the deep core lines of the body to create stability and freedom, exploring the body’s full range of motion while cultivating precision, alignment, balance, flexibility, grace, power and strength. Core Vinyasa Yoga ignites and nourishes the body with continuously different movements, sequences and rhythms all coming from a deep core connection liberating the body from mechnical, linear movement.
