Caring Spirit Yoga is a safe and positive environment to develop compassionate awareness for the whole person: body, mind and spirit. We offer a variety of yoga classes including Beginner's Mind, Chair, All Levels, Moderate, Restorative, Back Care and Prenatal Yoga. Morning and Evening Classes are available for 75 minutes as well as Private Sessions. This small quaint safe space is in a home built in 1765. Class size is limited to 8 to allow for personal discussion and hands-on assistance.
