Cascade Yoga Studio is an eclectic studio inspired by many styles of yoga from Ashtanga vinyasa to Iyengar to Yin. We offer classes at all levels from beginner to advanced with varying temperatures ranging from 72 to 90 degrees.
Most of our instructors come from a health background with several physical therapists on staff. All are competent at giving safe hands-on adjustments to help students enhance any pose.
We feel that the most important aspect of the practice of yoga is developing awareness of the breath and then linking the movements of the body to the rhythm of the breath. In this way, the practice feels like a meditation in motion, quiet, and mindful, and therefore contemplative and transformational.
