Castle Hills Yoga is an intimate yoga studio tucked away in the heart of Castle Hills, located in North Dallas, west of the Tollway and Park Blvd., near Carrollton/Lewisville, west of Plano.
The mission of Castle Hills Yoga is to provide an authentic healing and transformational yoga experience for the Castle Hills community and beyond.
Our intention is not to simply bring you a healthier body and peace of mind. These are byproducts of the yoga practice. The aim of yoga is about experiencing oneness, cultivating a mind capable of concentration and a heart free of judgment. The gifts of this mystical journey happen to include a radiant body and a joyful existence.
Classes are led by certified instructors and are generally flow-based (vinyasa). Temperature for classes is generally 75 - 85 degrees and we use varied hip/relaxing music.
There is more to doing yoga than making an asana (yoga postures) of oneself, so we also offer ongoing education about the philosophy of yoga, breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation and more!
The benefits of yoga are accessible to anyone regardless of fitness level, age, experience or background.
