I teach mama-centred yoga classes and private groups in Brighton & Hove. From pregnancy and throughout motherhood, you need nurturing, encouragement and support. My classes and groups are intended to support you both physically and emotionally on your parenting journey.
Combining relaxation, strengthening and opening physical practice with mindfulness meditation and support, participants feel calmer, stronger and better equipped to parent to their full potential. And of course the children benefit from being around this - they come along too either to join in or just to play.
