Chesapeake Yoga & Wellness is a private mobile studio run by Julie Phillips-Turner, RYT. Classes are one-on-one, and up to 2 students for private yoga instruction. Small, private classes allow students to prepare for group classes, as well as provide tips for proper alignment based on physical issues or requirements.
Private Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy sessions are also available - minimum 4 sessions required.
