The mission of Compass Yoga is to create a more peaceful world by teaching people how to find happiness in their daily lives.
I want to make yoga simple and approachable for everybody so all can derive the benefits of the practice without feeling incapable, overwhelmed, or frustrated.
My goal is to teach you how to incorporate yoga at home, the office, or anywhere through studio classes, private yoga lessons, and corporate yoga classes.
I will not ask you to make radical changes that are confusing or potentially harmful.
I will teach you to form a deeper connection with yourself and those around you so that you can be confident in who you are. I want to inspire you to be the best version of yourself.
