A quaint, boutique Yoga & Pilates studio in the centre of Townsville. Timber floors, open windows, cool breezes permeate our studio. The style of Yoga I teach is Iyengar style, with the exception of all morning classes (Vinyasa flow). We have: pregnancy yoga; Pilates; Pulse Pilates (working with resistance tubes from walls); Body ball (authentic practices of both Yoga and Pilates on the ball). The basis of my training is Iyengar and Ashtanga through Yoga Arts, Byron Bay. Iyengar style is taught in the Gulliver studio where props are used to enhance alignment and breath. bookings essential.
