Charli’s soulful yoga classes progressively build a moving meditation, infused with creative play. Through embodied movement we can connect deeper to our own power and to the world around us. Expect to flow (and sweat!) through beautifully sequenced strong asana (movement) with nourishing hands-on assists, and variations appropriate for the individual journey of each student. Pranayama, mantra, mudra and meditation may be woven through the practice, always culminating in deep relaxation. Each class is connected to yoga philosophy, to empower us to take yoga off the mat through compassionate action. All levels welcome.
