At Dancing Mind Yoga, we teach Baptiste Power Vinyasa yoga. Our practice will push your boundaries, and will always challenge and surprise you. After all, this is not just yoga; this is power yoga with all the benefits it gives you: power, ease, focus, flexibility, inner awareness, honesty, commitment to yourself, passion, peace of mind, and silence.
We practice in a warm room kept at 90-95°F. Heat is healing and a huge part of our process is detoxification. Through practice, you will sweat, build strength and stamina, increase endurance, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body—and more importantly—the mind. Leave each class feeling empowered, strong, and calm, with a fresher and brighter view of who you are.
