We are passionate about movement as a way to stay vibrant, alive and present, in preparation for sitting still for long periods to work inwards in meditation. We view Yoga as a work-in as opposed to a work-out. Safe, effective techniques used to strengthen, stabilise and increase tensegrity of the physicall body. Group sessions, one-on-one private sessions, yoga therapy for both pre and post op recovery. All levels of ability more than welcome,myself and my teachers are trained to cope with all challenges.
