Energizer Yoga is managed by Mr. Kamal Maliramani with a decade of committed experience in yoga.
He took to Yoga as a method of relaxation and having found it beneficial, went through an extensive teaching course and later began teaching the art as well. He regularly updates himself with new developments in the field of Yoga and in 2012 he also enrolled for one month at the world recognized institute Jois Institute of Ashtanga Yoga.
As a part of the course, students get to learn Pranayam, Micro Yoga, Suryanamaskar, Asana and Kriya. Energizer Yoga helps the body rejuvenate in many ways and helps students manage stress in today's 24x7 creates a balance between body and mind thereby helps to lead a rich and healthy life.
