At ENRG Hot Yoga we currently offer Vinyasa (flow) and Hatha Yoga in different variations or personal touches with the wonderful extra benefits of added Infra-Red heat. Practicing yoga in a heated environment assists the muscles to warm up and open more quickly which allows you to deepen your range in each posture therefore increasing the function of our body’s internal health. Infra-Red heat is a gentle approach to heating a space and in turn is easier for the body to tolerate which may see extra health benefits added. The room is set to temperatures between 28 and 38 degrees to help your body sweat which detoxifies and deepens your practice, challenging and nurturing you in a different way each class. We strongly and most passionately believe that the practice of yoga brings great benefits to the mind, body and soul which will enrich the quality of your life.
